The oldest sakaya (sake brewing) in Komatsu. It is known for sake “Shinsen”. “Shinsen daiginjyou” which taste light flavor and is good with sushi and sashimi, won “Hokuriku kanpyoukai” honors for the 4th straight year. Additionally, “Tokubetsu-Sinsen-daiginjyou Taisyo”, which is a elegant fragrance, received “Zenkoku sinsyu kanpyou-kai prize” for the 3th straight year. They keep making high quality sake.In adittion, there are Sakegura ,which was registered as national historic landmark, and a quaint tea room and Sukiya(tea ceremony room).
